The Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Finance wishes to inform the public on the cancellation of the construction of the Culinary Arts Centre at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College at Colonial Manor in Paraquita Bay, Tortola.
Tender notice number 10 of 2009, dated September 2009 will be re-launched via negotiated procedure. Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new procurement notice will be published. Natural or legal persons interested should not therefore send proposals or requests for information at this stage. This contract was authorized by The European Community represented by the European Commission, for and on behalf of The Government of the British Virgin Islands.
