United States : PEOPLETECH introduces new procurement service for high-growth firms

Client management consultancy PeopleTECH has introduced a new technology procurement service, designed to help high-growth businesses deliver their customer management vision. Called Evaluate, Select, Procure (ESP), the new service, involves a team of the consultancy's experienced consultants conducting an initial review of their customer's general business strategy and customer management needs, in consultation with senior stakeholders within that organisation. Each ESP project is then customized to address that customer's specific concerns, matching the right supplier and the appropriate technology to enhance the customer experience.
ESP has already been deployed by online money transfer company WorldRemit, which used the service to make sure that its customer management technology continued to improve and evolve as its business expanded. The technology that ESP procured for WorldRemit included New Voice Media's ContactWord, SalesForce’s Service Cloud and Bloomfire's knowledge sharing software.
