Zycus, a leading global provider of comprehensive and end-to-end Source-to-Pay software suite has announced successful Source-to-Contract Management implementation for a leading utilities company is US. It serves both electric customers and natural gas.
The implementation of the Zycus solutions was planned across phases and has been accomplished. Zycus iSupplier has integrated with Oracle systems at the clients end, and integration of Zycus iContract with Open Text system is ongoing and will be completed shortly.
With Zycus solutions, the client organization has successfully managed to automate and link their sourcing and contract management processes efficiently. They are also using iSupplier for supplier onboarding and supplier information management. iRequest , Zycus Request Management platform handles the requests from various business proponents and the all procurement projects and activities are managed via Zycus Project Management solution, iManage.
The organization had identified that their requesting mechanism and supplier management initiatives had gaps in the business process and we helped them develop a robust 'To-Be' process. They are now able to mitigate risk and close these gaps. We have successfully mapped their expected process using Zycus products. , said Dhaval Dave, Vice President, Global delivery, Zycus Inc.
There are around 700 users across the organization. Zycus has helped the team to create more than 200 events and the organization has already completed 350+ projects using iRequest with over 200 in pipeline. Over 800+ contracts have been uploaded in the contract repository and more than 230 contracts have been authored since the completion of the implementation.
