This year, within the framework of a forward program of purchasing grain from the Agrarian Fund of Lviv region farmers will be able to purchase mineral fertilizers of domestic production on the terms of exchange for agricultural products. That is, at the conclusion of a forward contract, the conditions for signing the relevant contracts for the supply of mineral fertilizers, the value of which will not exceed the amount of advance payment. This is reported in the Department of Agricultural Development of Lviv Oblast State Administration.
Such a procurement program is offered through PJSC "Agrarian Fund", which plans to purchase 710 thousand tons of grain, namely: 500 thousand tons of wheat; 100 thousand tons of corn, 50 thousand tons of barley, 30 thousand tons of rye, 10 thousand tons of buckwheat, 10 thousand tons of oats, 10 thousand tons of yellow peas. The volume of advance payments for agricultural producers will be more than 2.5 billion USD.
The amount of the down payment will not exceed 65% of the total cost of delivery under the contract.
