United States : Micro Focus Announces New Leadership Appointments in North America

Micro Focus, the leading provider of enterprise application modernization, testing and management solutions, today announced a number of key appointments to its North American leadership team. Eric Pan has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing for North America, Jim Bladich as Vice President of North American Sales Operations and Susan Drennan in the newly formed role of Vice President of Channel Sales, North America. The new additions will strengthen Micro Focus\' executive team to drive operational, partner and marketing leadership across North America.

In his role, Mr. Pan will be responsible for developing and implementing Micro Focus\' North American marketing initiatives. He will fuel the sales team by driving and supporting new potent marketing programs across North America. He comes to Micro Focus with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development for high-tech companies. Prior to joining Micro Focus, he spent seven years at VMware where he was Director of Americas Alliance Marketing.

Mr. Bladich is responsible for ensuring operational excellence as the company scales its North American business. His will focus on critical functions sales forecasting, revenue recognition, planning, territory alignment, data analysis, deal negotiation and all facets of sales enablement in North America. He has over 12 years of experience in the software market and is a frequent and experienced speaker in the industry. Mr. Bladich served as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for Allen Systems Group, Inc. before joining Micro Focus.

Ms. Drennan adds new alliance and channel development responsibilities to her current ISV management position. In her expanded role, Ms. Drennan will lead the team that will recruit, nurture and manage alliance and channel partner relationships for Micro Focus. As a Micro Focus veteran of 12 years and over 20 years in the technology business, Ms. Drennan\'s experience and expertise will empower her to transform and extend Micro Focus sales capacity by extending the company\'s reach into new markets and partner ecosystems.
