On May 2, oil retreated in Asian trade as capitalists took profits on recent gains, while renewed worries over the eurozone\'s debt issues also affected the prices.
New York\'s main contract crude to be delivered in June lost 36 cents and settled down at $105.80 dollar a barrel while Brent North Sea crude for June shed 23 cents and reached $119.43 dollar during the morning trade.
