India : HTC ties up with ITDC

Haryana Tourism Corporation (HTC) has tied up with India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) to promote the program \'Hunar Se Rozgar\' (Earning From Skills) to enable the youth of Haryana to acquire skills for profitable employment.
According to a government representative, the HTC is the first state tourism corporation to have joined hands with ITDC to promote the scheme.
He stated that the program was launched in 2009 and had been successfully conducted in several states of India.
