India : The Indian rupee moves further against the dollar

The Indian rupee moved further by 23 paise and stood at 52.68 against the dollar during the late morning trade.
The Indian currency was motivated by persistent selling of dollars from banks and exporters inspite of a strong dollar in the market abroad.
The rupee resumed higher at 52.83 a dollar at the Interbank Foreign Exchange (Forex) market against the previous closing level of 52.91 per dollar. It firmed up further to 52.68 per dollar before reaching 52.76 per dollar at 1030 hrs. India\'s local currency fluctuated in a range of 52.68 per dollar and 52.86 per dollar during the morning trade.
