France : Safran signs an engine harness maintenance contract with Lufthansa Technik

Safran Electrical & Power signed a contract with Lufthansa Technik, one of the world's leading engine maintenance and repair companies, to provide electrical harness maintenance for CFM56 engines.
This contract covers the harnesses of the CFM engines powering the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 families. The harnesses will be repaired at Safran Electrical & Power's site in Vichy and then shipped back to Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg.
"We are very proud to be extending our partnership with Lufthansa Technik, for whom Safran Electrical & Power was already maintaining electrical generation and ventilation systems. It is thanks to the performance and high quality of work the Vichy repair shop, but also to the confidence of Lufthansa Technik, that we were able to win this latest contract," said Olivier Raynaud, Director Business Line Interconnection Systems Eurasia, Safran Electrical & Power.
