Germany : CPB Contractors awarded NZ$221m Auckland International Airport works

The contract will generate revenue to CPB Contractors of approximately NZ$221 million over the next two years.

Works include construction of an additional taxiway, extension of an existing taxiway and six remote stands with in-ground jet fuel reticulation, as part of a major expansion at New Zealands largest and busiest airport.

The Auckland Airport works are an important addition to our strong portfolio of transport and social infrastructure projects across the country.

We look forward to working closely with Auckland Airport to deliver this important project safely and efficiently.

Works include 900,000 cubic metres of earthworks, laying 130,000 cubic metres of aggregate basecourse, 168,000 square metres of concrete pavement, construction of 3,200m stormwater drainage system, runoff and treatment lagoon, and a 2,200m in-ground jet fuel network.
