China : Synear Food sets up new food manufacturer in China

Synear Food Holdings Limited (Synear) has announced the establishment of a new wholly-owned subsidiary Zhengzhou Qianweiyangchu Food Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou Qianwei) on the SGX on Monday.
Zhengzhou Qianwei has been set up in People\'s Republic of China as of April 25 2012.
Costing RMB14,000,000, the subsidiary will manufacture and sell frozen food products as contract manufacturers.
No material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of Synear for the financial year ending December 31 2012 is expected.
