The client is a global manufacturing company that sells product solutions to the white goods industry and leverages this portfolio and technology into adjacent markets and after sales channels.
As a part of this deal, the organization has licensed Zycus Spend Analysis, eSourcing, Project Management, Supplier Management, Contract Management and Financial Savings Management solutions. The organization was looking forward to investing in a new procurement team to enable them achieve their increased savings targets. The client was willing to achieve the new savings targets but found it difficult with existing processes and obsolete tools. They needed a solution provider who could optimally run projects sourcing and understand spend.
