United States : GRANDPOINT BANK gets new executive vice president, director of corporate banking

Grandpoint Bank has appointed Jeff Boyer to the post of executive vice president and director of corporate banking. Earlier, Boyer was placed with Citizen\'s Business Bank\'s San Fernando Valley Commercial Banking Group
Additionally, Boyer will be responsible to manage syndicated lending function and interest rate swap products, that provides corporate clients with access to competitive fixed rate loan options and he is even required to speed up with the development of the downtown Los Angeles headquarters\' commercial banking unit.
Dan Yates - Grandpoint Capital president stated that Jeff, a very talented banker, will serve as a key player in supporting activities of Grandpoint.
