Singapore : Sound Global to invest US$9.25m in Xi\'an City BOT project

Sound Global Ltd on Friday said it will invest 58.6 million yuan (US$9.25 million) to Build-Operate-Transfer phase II of a wastewater plant in Chang\'an District, Xi\'an City, Shaanxi Province, in the PRC.
The project will be invested and built by Sound Global to increase its treatment capacity by 50,000 cubic metres per day to realize a total treatment capacity of 100,000 cubic metres per day upon its completion.
Upon completion, the project can fully meet the wastewater treatment needs of the urban area in Chang\'an, promote the improvement of the environmental quality of Wei River and set an example for the construction of municipal waste treatment facilities among the districts and counties.
