Singapore,Sri Lanka : SBF inks MOU with Sri Lanka business community

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Sri Lanka Singapore Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (SLSBC), to promote the development of closer trade and economic relations.
\"The MOU paves the way for greater cooperation between the two organisations, which are the apex business chambers of their respective countries,\" said SBF.
This follows the MOU signed between SBF and Sri Lanka Board of Investment in February, aimed to deepen collaboration between the private sectors and strengthen institutional relations between both countries.
\"This signals the clear intention of both countries on strengthening business tie-ups and economic collaboration,\" said Teo Siong Seng, mission leader and president of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
