Singapore : PUB to start 4 new drainage improvement projects

The national water agency, PUB, said on Monday that it is embarking on four new drainage projects as part of its ongoing drainage programme to increase flood protection.
The projects include work at Marymount Road, Queen Astrid Park, Benoi Road and Wan Lee Road.
Works at Marymount Road will start in June 2012 and is expected to be completed by December 2013.
Projects at Benoi Road and Queen Astrid Park will start in August 2012 and are expected to be completed by August 2013.
