Singapore : Pasir Ris Dr 3 site fetches top bid of $211m

The tender for the residential site at Pasir Ris Drive 3 closed on Tuesday with five bids, the Urban Redevelopment Authority said.
Capital Development Pte Ltd submitted the top bid of $211 million for the 99-year leasehold site measuring 22,317.4 sq m. The top bid works out to be $4,502.08 per sq m per gross floor area (GFA) for the site which has a maximum GFA of 46,867 sq m.
Frasers Centrepoint submitted the lowest bid of $156.39 million, or $3,336.89 per sqm per GFA.
