Singapore : HDB awards tender for land parcel at Sengkang

The Housing Board has awarded the tender for the land parcel at Sengkang Square / Compassvale Drive to EL Development.
The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site, with a bid of $383,333,000, said the Housing Board.
The land parcel for condominium or flats or with prior written approval, a combination of flats and strata landed houses has a site area of 22,497.6 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 67,492.8 sq m.
It was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term and was launched on April 16.
