Singapore : Kaki Bukit industrial site awarded for $27.3m

The tender for the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 5 / Kaki Bukit Avenue 6 has been awarded to Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said on Tuesday.
The company submitted the highest bid of $27.30 million, or $1,491.92 per sqm of gross plot ratio (GPR), for the 13,072.2 sq m site with a GPR of 1.4.
Zoned for Business 2 development, the land parcel was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term.
