Saudi Arabia : RUWAD CIVIL CONSTRUCTION secures SR92M contract from EWAAN

Ewaan Global Residential Company announced that it has awarded RCC (Ruwad Civil Construction) a contract for the construction of 185 villas in both Phase 1 and 2 of the Alfareeda residential project in North Jeddah.
The contract includes 95 villas in Phase 1 valued at SR48m and 90 villas in phase 2 valued at SR44m, with the total vale being SR92m.

Fahad Al-Mutawae CEO of Ewaan, developers of the Alfareeda residential project added, \"RCC is renowned for the construction of a number of prestigious projects in Jeddah and based on the high quality of its work and excellent track record of on schedule completion we had no hesitation in selecting the company for our flagship residential project.\"
