United States : OneNeck Renews Contract with A-dec for ERP Outsourcing and Managed Services

ERP outsourcing firm, OneNeck IT Services, announced today it has renewed a long-standing contract with A-dec, one of the world’s largest dental equipment manufacturers. The two-year contract extension provides outsourcing and managed services for A-dec\'s ERP environment, including Baan and Trax management that support their finance, distribution and manufacturing processes, as well as, EDI and product configurator management. Specific services named in the contract include enterprise application management, database management, operating system management, network management and infrastructure management.
For over a decade, OneNeck has provided ERP outsourcing services that have enabled A-dec to focus on developing and manufacturing a globally recognized brand of dental equipment solutions. The partnership has been a key component of A-dec’s IT strategy.
