Australia : AusGroup unit wins A$48m contract

AusGroup Limited has clinched a A$48 million (S$62.68 million) contract to provide structural, mechanical and piping works for the inflow circuit of the Jimblebar project.
The deal was sealed between AusGroup\'s subsidiary, AGC Industries Pty Ltd, and BHP Billiton Iron Ore, said AusGroup in a statement on Friday.
The Jimblebar site is an iron ore mine located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 39 kilometres east of Newman.
The latest contract win brings AusGroup\'s order book to A$420 million.
