Thakral Corporation said on Thursday it will be building another 56 houses for lease to GLNG Operations Pty Ltd in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia.

Under Phase 1 of GLNG\'s housing project, the group had already delivered 45 houses for lease.

Work has already commenced on the 11 lots of land that it had acquired on Aug 11, while the work on the rest will begin progressively as the lots are delivered to 51 per cent-owned subsidiary TCAP Custodians (Gladstone) No 2 Pty Ltd.

The houses are expected to be ready for occupation by \"end of the early second quarter of 2013\".
