United Kingdom : Savills bags new RREEF instructions in Liverpool and Cardiff
Publish Date : 17-Aug-2012
RREEF has instructed Savills as the managing agent at two of its newly acquired retail assets in central Liverpool and Cardiff.
At 9-15 Church Street, Liverpool Savills has been retained on the 82,733 sq ft (7686.09 sq m) retail unit. Located on the city’s main shopping street, the property is currently occupied by tenants including clothing retailer H&M.
80-88 Queen Street in Cardiff is a 95,000 sq ft (8,826 sq m) retail block on the city’s main pedestrianised shopping street, which is currently let to clothing retailer Next.
Jonathan Jessop, Property Management Director at Savills, comments: “We already advise RREEF on a number of management instructions and are delighted to be working with them again on these two city centre retail assets. In straitened times on the UK’s high street, our ability to provide proactive strategic advice and solutions, as well as streamlining costs and managing budgets, is increasingly relevant.â€
