A new vessel contracts is been announced by DOF Subsea which deals in provision of subsea services to the offshore oil & gas industry across the globe.

DOF Subsea AS has inked three year firm with three, one year options deal with Helix Well Ops for the vessel Skandi Constructor. The contract is scheduled to commence during the second quarter of 2013.?

Skandi Constructor is a well intervention vessel of Ulstein SX 121 design and has a LOA of 120.2 m and a breadth of 25.0 m. It features a 150 T crane and a multi-purpose tower with 140 t lift capacity.?

Norskan / DOF Subsea Brazil have signed a two-year extension contract with Petrobras for Skandi Chieftain from Q3 of 2012.

For the firm periods, total deal is worth around NOK 825 million.?
