Singapore : JTC tenders to sell two industrial sites

JTC Corporation (JTC) on Friday said it has launched a tender to sell two plots of land at Sunview Road and Tuas South Street 8.
The tender will close on October 12, 2012 at 11:00am.
The plot at Sunview Road - 2.81 ha site - has a 30-year lease, a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and is for Business-2 (B2) clean and light industrial uses only, said JTC.
The plot at Tuas South Street 8 - 0.46 ha site has a 22-year lease, a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0 and is zoned for B2 development.
