The Urban Redevelopment Authority said on Friday that it had awarded tenders for sites at Yishun Avenue 9 and Tai Thong Crescent.

The Yishun Avenue 9 land parcel was awarded to Soon Hock Tuas Development Pte Ltd for $51.39 million, or $1,023.94 per sq m of gross plot ratio.

It is an industrial site zoned for Business 1 development, and measures 20,074.7 sq m, with a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5.

The land parcel was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term.

The Tai Thong Crescent land parcel was awarded to Verwood Holdings Pte Ltd and Intrepid Investments Pte Ltd for $245 million, or $8,535.99 per sq m of maximum gross floor area.

Zoned for residential with first-storey commercial, the site measures 8,200.3 sq m. The maximum gross floor area is 28,702 sq m.

The land parcel was offered on a 99-year lease term.
