United States : TIE-UP bags construction contract from CALTRANS

Caltrans has announced that it has provided $107 million in construction contracts for the first stage of the Highway 101 Willits bypass.
Caltrans District 1 Director Charlie Fielder, stated : \"Awarding the construction contract is a huge milestone\".
A tie-up between DeSilva Gates Construction of Dublin and Flatiron West Inc., a Denver-based firm with offices in Benicia has bagged the contract.
Caltrans hopes to launch the building work by late fall.
