Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd said on Friday that it has secured three new fabrication orders worth a provisional sum of US$42 million.

One order is from its long-term customer SBM Offshore NV. Another is from a new customer, Subsea 7 Australia Contracting Pty Ltd. The third is a letter of intent with Keppel Offshore & Marine Group.

The group said that the orders are expected to have a positive contribution to Dyna-Mac’s earnings per share for the year ending 31 December 2012. However, the contracts are not expected to have a material impact on Dyna-Mac’s net tangible assets per share for the same period.
