A residential site at Dairy Farm Road was awarded to First Shine Properties Pte Ltd and Meadows Bright Development Pte Ltd by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday.

The companies submitted a joint bid of $244.32 million for the 17,545.8 sq m site with a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 36,847 sq m. The successful bid works out to $6,630.61 per sqm of GFA.

The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. The tender was launched on July 23, 2012 and closed on Sept 18, 2012.
