Ezra Holdings Ltd on Thursday announced that its subsea arm EMAS AMC has secured two contracts with major South Korean clients worth a combined total of about US$200 million.
The first contract was awarded by STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co Ltd for the provision of engineering and project management work in offshore Africa. It will commence with immediate effect. Offshore execution is scheduled to commence in 2015.
For the second contract, Ezra\'s EMAS AMC has entered into an agreement with DSME for one of its accommodation and hook-up support vessels also for operations in offshore Africa. Offshore operations are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2014.
\"The contract wins come on the back of an eventful year that saw Ezra\'s revenue approaching its first billion dollar mark,\" said Lionel Lee, managing director of Ezra. This week, Ezra celebrates twenty memorable years in the global subsea and offshore industry through its operating brand EMAS.
