Cheshire West and Chester Council has approved Conlon Construction as one of its framework contractors for the Low Value Construction Framework (LVCF) for projects valued around 500,000 pounds across Cheshire West and Chester borough over the next three years. This follows a stringent selection process. The company undertakes general contracting work for the public and private industries, together with its own property development work across the North West.

Under the framework agreement, which will run through 2015, Conlon will assist the council with new-build and refurbishment works around the region.

Construction director of Conlon, Michael Conlon, said : \'We are delighted to have been appointed on to the framework by Cheshire West and Chester Council. We are very proud of our existing portfolio of outstanding construction projects, which has led to a number of regional and national awards.\'
