BBR Holdings has through its subsidiaries secured two contracts worth S$182.9 million to build 1,282 units of HDB flats.
The first contract, which was secured by its subsidiary, Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, is for 808 flats at Kallang Whampoa. It is scheduled to the completed in different phases by end-2015.
The second contract is for 474 flats at Sengkang, which is slated for completion in phases by April 2015. The contract was secured by another subsidiary, Singa Development Pte Ltd
The group\'s current order book stands at about S$953 million.
