Conergy declared that it has concluded three 500 kW projects in Greece. The three projects will feed 1.5 MW of electricity into the Greek grid.

Conergy stated that it was the main contractor on two of the plants and supplied components for the third. It has supplied and installed the three parks in Livadia and Karditsa. In total, 6,2000 Conergy \"P Series\" modules and 51 inverters were used in the installations.

For the projects, Conergy partnered with local photovoltaic project developers Diasindesi SA and Photovoltaika Karditsa Ltd.

Conergy Greece managing director Stefanos Melissopoulos said, “In 2012 we have proven that we can act very successfully in the Greek market, working closely with our strong network of partners. By doing so, we can still get things moving, even in these tough times. A solar power plant is one of the safest investments in our country, and combined with the growing importance of environmental issues, we feel we can be optimistic about the future of our industry.”
