Wilson Vale, a Leicestershire-based caterer has been awarded a three-year contract for a new conference centre being constructed at The University of Leicester.

It is Grade II listed and designed by the famous 1960s architects Sir Leslie Martin and Trevor Dannatt, so we will be echoing in our food offer quirky 60s ideas to reflect the culture and heritage of the building,†said Andrew Wilson, managing director of Wilson Vale.
Wilson Vale intends to employ university students as casual catering staff.
