The joint solution from PROACTIS and Readsoft will enable UXC Eclipse customers to receive all purchase invoices, ready to process, from day one in an electronic format for maximum cost savings and faster invoice processing. This arrangement extends the PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay capabilities to enable every level of invoice automation from manual capture of paper invoices, through document scanning to electronic transmission/receipt and invoice processing.

PROACTIS makes it easy for regular suppliers to send electronic invoices directly through the Supplier Portal for invoice processing in its Purchase-to-Pay system. Suppliers can upload invoices in a variety of formats (cXML, BASDA, XML, EDI, CSV) and flip electronic purchase orders to make electronic invoicing easy, fast and accurate. PROACTIS delivers and routes invoices as electronic records safely to the Purchase-to-Pay system, meaning customer can process electronic invoices without any time-consuming manual processes.
Some suppliers may need to carry on sending paper invoices. ReadSoft\'s invoice processing software automates the processes of scanning, interpreting, and filing of invoice data. No matter how invoices enter the organisation the software will intelligently extract the important information and validate it according to a pre-defined set of rules. To simplify set-up, ReadSoft also offers many different country-specific profiles, programmed with region-specific criteria like GST rates, date formats, and currency characters.
