Nigeria : ZINOX strengthens ties with INTEL in AFRICA

Established in 2001 Zinox Computers is the major Intel partner in sub-Saharan Africa which takes part in the Intel Inside program. It is also a member of the Intel Diamond Club.

The Nigerian company has now strengthened its ties with Intel to further boost technology development in the country.

The long technical ties between the two companies have been sustained through the shared core values of innovation, trust, and grassroots relevance.

The partnership is primarily focused upon continuously seeking to fulfil the needs of consumers in different strata ranging from individuals in the education sector and ancillary industries that call for advanced technology.

At a recent courtesy visit to the Zinox Headquarters, the Global Vice President, Intel Corporation, Greg Pearson expressed Intel\'s pleasure in partnering with Zinox, a regional leader with the capacities and high ethical value needed to deliver on its promise to utilize technology to drive growth nationally as well as globally.

Voicing enthusiasm for the Nigerian hardware industry, he added : \'as a long standing member of the Intel Diamond Club, Zinox will continue to enjoy information and technical exchanges to make the company more relevant to the economy.\'

The Intel delegation was welcomed by the Chairman of Zinox Group, Leo-Stan Ekeh, who said the ties with Intel continue as an endorsement of the world-class standards in production and corporate governance that have been establisbhed by Zinox.
