PAIPED's Al Balushi said, "The services provided by IIC are tailor-made to enhance the capacity and capability of domestic firms in the non-hydrocarbon sector. In partnership with the IIC, we intend to assist local firms improve their management capabilities, raise awareness of the demands of international markets, particularly with regard product design and packaging and develop export and supply chain opportunities."

"At the heart of this ground-breaking MoU is a team of highly skilled professionals, led by experienced export personnel from PAIPED and IIC researchers who will drive and facilitate collaborative activities between the two parties to develop and improve the marketing power of Omani products in international markets.
