AirSpring Software announced the introduction of its enterprise-class customer engagement product, which is a pure, browser-based solution that streamlines the design and personalization of mobile, Web, and print communications.

The solution enables automatic delivery to any device, reducing the cost of distributing software and providing productivity tools to business associates, partners, and customers, while boosting collaboration among users.

Neal Gottsacker, President of airSpring Software said, "The enterprise customer engagement market is evolving rapidly. The airSpring solution encourages seamless connectivity that will help enterprises improve customer connections while drastically reducing costs."

In addition to this, the company has also inked a partnership deal with NEPS, LLC, an innovative leader in customer communications management, to support delivery and hosting of end-to-end cloud-based customer communications management solutions for customers in financial services, insurance, and healthcare.

As per the partnership, NEPS will use airSpring software to meet the growing demand for distributing content in mobile and Web environments. AirSpring's thin-client software solution will enable NEPS to deliver important customer-facing documents via a truly dynamic, mobile customer experience.

Denise Miano, President, CTO and Co-Founder of NEPS said, "The airSpring technology platform offers some compelling capabilities that can help support customers in the rapidly emerging mobile and Web market. Our first deployment of airSpring technology will be to support mobile delivery of correspondence and statement-oriented documents. All our hosted clients want to improve their mobile interactions with customers and the airSpring Software platform will enable NEPS to help them achieve their objectives."
