Boustead Projects Pte Ltd, subsidiary of Boustead Singapore Limited has secured two projects amounting to S$21 million.
The first contract - worth S$19 million will see Boustead Projects design and build an 18,000 sqm integrated manufacturing and research and development centre located at Tukang Innovation Park for Greenpac (S) Pte Ltd. The facility is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Under the second contract, for S$2 million, Boustead Projects will design and build a 1,800 sqm extension to an existing logistics facility at Changi International LogisPark for Golden Spring Export Pte Ltd.
