Tieto will provide a large-scale CRM system for the Finnish energy company Suur-Savon Sahko and its subsidiary Jarvi-Suomen Energia. The system covers customer management, usage sites, connections, products, electricity offers, contract details, communications and invoicing as well as monitoring of receivables.

The solution will enable Suur-Savon Sahko to manage entire customer relationship lifecycles related to electricity sales, district heating and network operations. The solution also includes electronic services for the energy company's customers as well as reporting and analysis solutions that will provide the management with detailed and reliable information for decision-making.
