The new contract covers Ruukki's Server Operations and Capacity Management Services. Tieto has already earlier been Ruukki's main supplier in this area and will continue to manage these services until spring 2017.

For Ruukki, the cooperation provides both increased flexibility and lower costs. "Ruukki's IT is looking for flexibility and agility in the current economic climate. Capacity Management Services is a very good example of that," says Ismo Platan from Ruukki.
