Qatar : MOU signed between Ezdan Holding Group & Sharp Corporation

Ezdan Holding Group has entered into a memorandum of understanding and partnership with Sharp Corporation Global to source all electrical devices and smart systems for the real estate group's units. The deal has been signed in the presence of Ali Al Obaidli, CEO of Ezdan Group, and Kozo Takahashi, CEO of Sharp Corporation. Al Obaidli said that Ezdan Holding has a long experience of 50 years in the real estate sector in Qatar and it always seeks to contract with international firms to give the domestic market with what is new on the world market.
Al Obaidli said the cooperation between the two companies will benefit the Qatari market as per development of the real estate group's units. Takahashi has also welcomed the unique partnership with Ezdan.
Nasser Al Abdullah, Executive Vice-President of Ezdan Holding, said the company has over 500 local and international partnership through various initiatives by the group. Ayoub Khalil Faraj, General Manager of Ezdan Real Estate, said that the partnership will attain remarkable success under the expertise of both parties.
Ezdan Holding Group has honoured all members of the Japanese delegation giving trophies of civilization of the history of Qatar and the CEO of Sharp offered Sharp shield to Ali Al Obaidli as an expression of appreciation for the strategic partnership with the group.
Several directors of Ezdan including Midhat Al Magid, CFO of the group, Mahmoud Awada, Manager of Research and Investment for companies, Al Saifi, Adviser and Manager of Investor Relations Department, and Hassib Kayali, Director of the Group Hotels were also present.
