INDIA : Western India Shipyard bag orders worth Rs 300 million

Western India Shipyard has bagged 5 major orders worth around Rs. 300 million.
The orders received includes two Jack Up Oil Rigs from Transocean, a Jack Up Oil Rig from Jindal Drilling, CS Offshore for an Accommodation Barge and from the Indian Coast Guard for a vessel.
The orders is to be executed within a 3 months. The repairs will comprise of upgrading of steel and pipe, preparation & coating of surface, restoring of machinery, installation, etc.
The vessels will also undergo extensive dry dock repairs at the company1s Floating dry dock of 60,000 DWT capacities.
