SINGAPORE : Wee Hur secures S$57m contract

Wee Hur Holdings Ltd announced that its construction arm, Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd, has secured a S$57 million design and build project at Fusionopolis from HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited as trustee of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust.
As per the contract, Wee Hur will design and build a business park and office mixed use development of two six-storey building with two levels of common basement carpark.
It is designed to be a mega research and development complex housing research organizations, high-tech companies and government agencies, along with other amenities such as retail outlets and serviced apartments.
The project will commence in end October 2011 and is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2013.
