Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services from ahlibank has approved project funding of over OMR20 million to Muttawar Omani Company to build their high-end mix use (residential and commercial) development — Lamar Bausher.

An agreement has been inked during a ceremony at ahlibank's new head office in Wattayah by Abdullah Al Jabri, general manager - head of Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services for ahlibank and Mohammed Al Ghassani, CEO of Muttawar Omani Company.

Covering a total area of nearly 80,350 square metres, 'Lamar Bausher' is an artistically designed project with 357 residential units and self-sustaining commercial units.

Abdullah Al Jabri, said "The agreement between ahlibank's Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services and Muttawar Omani will make residential property ownership more accessible, with maximum flexibility and buying options for our customers. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient home-financing plans through its Al Hilal Islamic banking services."
