India : AIR WORKS bags DANA EXECUTIVE JETS contract

A premier private jet charter and aircraft management firm, Dana Executive Jets has selected Air Works India Engineering Pvt Ltd, to deliver maintenance support for line and base maintenance for its aircraft.
Dana Executive Jets is completely owned by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Air Works said: "This is a first overseas win for any general aviation MRO in India and stands as testimony to Air Works' capabilities setting benchmarks in the aviation industry."
The MRO service provider must meet specified standards plus have the requisite General Civil Aviation Authority of UAE (GCAA) approval.
Air Works added: "After strict due diligence and meeting all the qualifications, Air Works India was contracted to provide maintenance support for line and base maintenance for Dana Executive Jets' Hawker 800XP, Bombardier Challenger 604 & Gulfstream V aircraft."
Vivek N Gour, Managing Director & CEO at Air Works India Engineering Pvt Ltd added: "Air Works' India facilities are not only DGCA approved but are also recognized by GCAA, UAE as well as EASA.
