Navigant Technologies declared that it has secured a multi-crore contract from Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) for the National Capital Territory (NCT) and National Capital Region (NCR).

Under the contract, Navigant will render 24X7, end-to-end telephonic support, both inbound and outbound to IGL's PNG users in the NCT and NCR region.

In this, Navigant will be inchare for disseminating information to users on new connections, billing queries, transfer cases, and is the first line of redressal for IGL's PNG users for complaints such as faulty connections, cheque misplacement, emergency calls (e.g. for leakage).

Currently, Navigant's call centre assist upto 3000 to 4000 calls everyday from IGL's PNG users and expected to rise by around 200% over the contract period.

Navigant already provides outsourcing services to Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG), East Municipal Corporation of Delhi (East MCD), DHBVN, UHBVN, MMTC etc. that has lent us a good understanding of the way the government utilities department functions.
