UNITED STATES : Kana Pipeline wins $2.2 million deal from The New Home Company
Publish Date : 21-Oct-2011
Kana Pipeline obtained a $2.2 million deal from The New Home Company.
As per this deal, Kana Pipeline will construct the underground wet utility pipeline infrastructure for a newly developed, 50 acre land called Lambert Ranch in Irvine.
Kana Pipeline will deploy about 40,000 linear feet of pipeline infrastructure. Pipeline deployment work will include new domestic and recycled water pipeline, fireline, sewer and storm drainage systems. Kana’s pipeline construction work is divided into two phases. The first offsite phase is scheduled to begin by end of October, subject to permit approvals.
Lambert Ranch project includes 169 high-end, single family homes, with three different residential communities including The Hill, The Grove and The Field. This new gated community will also have a private recreational facility for residents. The models are likely to be accomplished by Spring of 2012.
Daniel Locke, President of Kana Pipeline, said, “This is a new key client for us, and we are pleased to work in familiar territory, Irvine, which is right in our back yard, especially with a highly regarded firm.”
“Kana is especially not new to fast track residential work and installs quality products,” said Eugene Figueros, one of Kana Pipeline’s project managers.
“We have field teams that are extremely competent in the area of residential pipeline construction and I am confident that we’ll complete this pipeline work safely and on schedule,” said Kenneth Cornell, project manager for this project.
