INDIA : IVRCL secures Rs 972 crore Orders

Infrastructure firm IVRCL Ltd has been awarded a contract worth Rs 972.07 crore through the transportation and mining unit.
Among the Rs.917.8 crore-worth orders won by the transportation division is the construction of tunnel T-74R on the Dharam-Qazigund section of Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla new broad-gauge rail line project. The project awarded by Delhi-based Ircon International and the completion period of the contract is 36 months.
The other orders under the division are construction of roadbed, major and minor bridges and general electrical work in Rajasthan and Gujarat awarded by Rail Vikas Nigam.
